BIM Service
We provide a new way of approach to the design and documentation process through our BIM Service. Through this, our engineers will create an intelligent digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of a facility which will provide you a comprehensive view of the actual elements of the construction project.
Design Drawings/Review
Analyzing on-site investigation data like field survey data and Geo-Technical data, our experts can calculate and design optimum civil structures and other designs for you remotely. We also can review the submitted drawings as a part of your due diligence.
3D Rendering
To give a real feeling to your client, our architects and engineers can make walkthrough 3-D drawings of your final design as per your requirements.
As built drawings
During the construction period, many variations in design and work arise, hence the final structure and even its location may be different than initially proposed. We help you make those final drawings as it is built to be supplied to the Client.
Working/Shop Drawings
After the Designs are finalized ‘suitable for construction’ drawings (shop drawing/working drawings) can be made from your remote office.
Progress Reports and work schedules
During the construction phase, there are many of paper works required as it progresses. We also will prepare daily, fortnightly and monthly work schedules in the approved format on your behalf.
Monthly progress reports can be prepared in the approved format.
Admin Assistance
We train certified fresh Engineers as per your requirement to assist you to manage your daily tasks. Our Engineers have good English proficiency. They will also help remotely monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
Payment Certificates (Work measurement Payment certificate)
After the work is measured on site we also can prepare a running bill or running payment certificate on your behalf.
Working/Shop Drawings
After the Designs are finalized ‘suitable for construction’ drawings (shop drawing/working drawings) can be made from your remote office.
Correspondence and Negotiations
We also have legal experts draft letters on your behalf according to the clauses and requirements of your contract.
Quality Assurance Plan, Social SafeGuard Report, Environmental Management Plan (EMAP)
We have our format and expertise to prepare such a plan as per the standard negotiated in the construction contract.
