Process
Any process that has been made will be updated to you in a short period. Once we have your team set up on our side, it’s then time for you to start organizing their onboarding and training including things like how to use your systems.
How It Works ?

We will guide you if your business has any issues in these points, once verified we will then move forward to discuss about

- Your idea of ideal candidate and

Based upon the job description our HR team will then scout and present a list of best suitable candidate from the pool of engineers that we have.
We will then help you with the screening of list of candidates that we have provided, from this you can choose the ones that you find are best fitting.
STEP 3
With this we will then move to Step number 3 which is Operation Support
Once your remote team are setup, we then help you with their onboarding and training process. Once these remote team are up to the mark for your business, you can then start assigning them with the required tasks.
